Access from Expressways to Churchill Downs
From I-65 North or from Airport (from Nashville): Take I-264 West (Watterson Expressway) to Exit 9 – Taylor Blvd. Continue on Taylor Blvd. Turn right on Queen Avenue. Queen Avenue will end at Gate 12 (Churchill Downs).
Please enter via parking gate 12, located off Queens Avenue, and park in the Longfield Avenue parking lot. You will then enter Churchill Downs through gate 10.
Once you enter gate 10, follow the covered walkway to your left until you reach the glass enclosed elevator lobby ahead. Take the elevator to the fifth floor. Our meeting will be held in the Trophy Room, which is on the left as you exit the elevator.
As guests at Churchill Downs, we must follow the business casual dress code: jackets, blazers, vests, shirts with collars, sweaters, dresses, pantsuits and slacks are appropriate. Jeans, shorts, tennis shoes, and denim are not allowed.

Registration and breakfast begin at 8 a.m. and our opening session will kick-off at 9:15 a.m. Our sessions will end at 4 p.m. with our trackside reception and twilight racing getting underway at 4:15 p.m.
The Comfort Suites Airport
offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the Louisville Airport between 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily. Please call the hotel at 502.964.0740 two hours prior to arrival to verify pickup and flight information. Information on other ground transportation options is available on the airport website
